Delete Your Account and Data

Effective from 10/10/2026 · The What The Shops team

Option 1: Delete in the game (fastest)

Sign in → Me tab → scroll down → Delete account → enter your password to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Send a request

If you cannot sign in, message the official What The Shops Facebook community (https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1PbC15egDQ/) with the text "Delete my What The Shops account", including the server (e.g. VN-01) and your username. To verify ownership we may ask for extra details (secondary password, account creation time…). Requests are processed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Username, display name, avatar, password, social links, items, Xu, assets, shop, map plot, friends and guild membership.
• Chat messages, notifications and voice messages are already deleted automatically within minutes to days.

What is kept

To avoid breaking other players' history and to prevent fraud, in-game transaction records (orders, reviews, Xu ledger) are kept in anonymised form, no longer linked to your name. IP addresses, device IDs, passwords and social links tied to the account are deleted with it.
