Community Rules

Effective from 10/10/2026 · The What The Shops team

General

What The Shops is a buying-and-selling game with "troll" and trickery INSIDE THE GAME (genuine vs fake goods, complaints, the Court). Those tricks are only allowed through the game's own mechanics, never outside the game.

Not allowed

• Insults, threats, discrimination (region, religion, gender) or harassment of other players.
• Pornographic, violent, political or illegal content.
• Offensive display names, shop names or guild names, or impersonating administrators.
• Buying or selling Xu, accounts or items for real money; "top-up" offers; betting.
• Advertising, spam, suspicious links, or sharing other people's personal information.
• Multiple accounts, bots, auto-clickers or exploiting bugs for gain.

Enforcement

Depending on severity: warning, chat mute, removal of Xu / items gained by cheating, temporary or permanent suspension. Report violations with the in-game Report button or via the Contact page.
